Depends what you mean by "custom" I guess.
Speedhut in the states give you a load of options, your own text on the faces etc, and were very helpful when I spoke to them.

Price is good and delivery is 1 to 2 weeks, you do have to pay HMCR duty but still worth it.

One other thing, if you sign up to the news letter they tell you when they are doing sales, can be as much as $100+ saving on a full set of gauges.
