What Coolant - Pinto 2.0

Anyone got any pointers as to what coolant to use in a 2.0 pinto? Ive bought the car last year and now have it back on the road after a thorough overhall and update. It's running very cool currently, but looking at the water its more of a rusty brown look which doesnt look very nice!

Is there anything which is a rust inhibitor to use, Im looking to flush the whole system and would appreciate any pointers.

Dependant on the age of the engine. In older engines it is better to use blue anti freeze rather than the modern pink ones.

50/50 antifreeze and water
Flush out the block and rad first
If it running cool its the thermostat or lack of one
Kit cars don't usualy run cool so check your gauge.

This is what I used for mine, they stock it at halfords, was about 20 quid for 5 litres
