Westfield XTR brake balance bar

Hi
Can anyone advise what make the brake balance bar is?
Trying to work out how to lock the bar for IVA. It is all installed (but not by me) and upside down in the footwell I can't figure out how it works or adjusts let alone how I'm going to lock it.

get it adjusted to preference and correct operation and tack weld ,its wrong that you have to do it that way but that's the bloody stupid IVA

Don't weld it!

The IVA requires it is locked and has a declaration on it to the effect that adjusting it will kill you! :-)

It can be pinned and doesn't need to be welded anymore.

Thanks for the replys guys.
I now know the balance bar is a fixed length and you change the ratio by adjusting the pushrods.

Once adjusted it is then only required to lock them which can be done with wire locking plus the addition of the label.
