What intake manifold?

Hi all, I am considering using a Weber 500 on my 4.2 V8 Rover engine, it's being fitted in a Ram SC Cobra kit. Anyone that can offer advice regarding an Offenhauser or Elderbrock manifold would be appreciated. I am not concerned with the height of the manifolds, just which would be the best performer for a road car.
