Mechanic/builder required to work on various kits

hi
im looking for a good alround mechanic,for my small kit car business. i sell the older cars,duttons spartans gentry moss etc into Europe. So its basically old ford/triumph builds. nothing fancy.Im completly non mechanical, and i just need someone to get them up to mot standard, and check brakes,electrics etc etc. Theres no requirements for full build work. the cars i have.are normally motd,so its really a basic service/replacement/ tidy up etc etc.
my previous guy is retiring. im based in the NW, but im prepared to travel to get the proper guy/gal.
the work is not constant, but its regular. a good alround honest person is what im looking for.
