CONGRATULATIONS on getting a XTR2
Unfortunately the XTR2 Forum is now closed and most of its members are now on here and also over at WSCC.
There are lots of modifications that can be made (the first one I would check is the starter). I haven't made an access hatch underneath but several other owners have.

Thanks, First job was replacement of the starter. It was broken when I got it. I'm very interested in the mods others have done.

My engine is currently running on a powercommander and has different cams. Gearchange is done electronically with clutchless up and downshifting.
I also am in the redesign of the drumselector to switch first and neutral. Have a Racepak IQ3 to replace the Stack and racetech gauges, so enough work to do the upcoming winter.
How many XTR2 do exist?
Does anyone have a manual in a digital form?
