Asking here too, any recommendations for adhesive for bonding fibreglass to metal?

Any makes you found the best? Has to be strong but doesn't have to be too flexible.

GF suppliers do a bonding paste which is designed for this and bonding GF mouldings to each other.

GRP bonding paste is just a modified version of filler and not particularly strong. Tiger Seal and Sikaflex stick well to GRP but they are flexible.

When I built my GTM Coupe

I bonded all the GRP together and all the metal to the GRP using Araldite 2015. This is a structural adhesive designed for GRP, Metals and dissimilar substrates and it has a long working time compared to most structural adhesives. It is available in cartridges or as two 1kg tins. Mix ratio is 1:1.

Hello GTM driver - have you had any luck identifying a suitable resin for a fuel tank yet?

No.

Nobody was prepared to offer any long term warranty with their resins and E10 fuel so in the end I got a custom alloy tank made by Alloy Racing Fabrications.
