His name is Mark, he used to run MDA but appears to be selling through ebay now, I have heard several comments regarding this, none of which are to favourable, but no personal experience myself.
Are you looking to but a GT40? Have you checked out SouthernGT?
Anyway here ya go....

@Hoonigan
These are also sold on EBay: http://www.ekmpowershop17.com/ekmps/shops/gtforte/
Is there a connection to the chap in Devon (I know that they are based in Kent)? Does anyone know if they are good? The prices seem to be ok.

No connection as far as I know, GTforté is owned by a chap called Darren ex GTS Tuning iirc (google them), looks to be a good chassis at a good price in my opinion, but as far as I'm aware none on the road as yet so who really knows?? Def at the cheaper end but that in its self is not a bad thing, just hope back up is there to support it? Personally I went the tried and tested route of SouthernGT and don't regret it for a minute, excellent chassis with perfect customer service and always available for help and advice and believe me I have lots of questions to ask.....

Thanks for the info. I started looking into the GTS Tuning history and came across a current builder on a forum. There was some unfriendly commentary about the source of the chassis, etc. It seems to be a copy/rip off of the Tornado, or at least the owner(?) of Tornado was saying. I can sympathise with him, if it's true.How tall is your car? I read that the GTDs are almost 42 inches (so not a GT40), and much heavier than the other replicas.
Sorry, I seem to be off topic.

Yes I think a lot of elemements were copied from Tornado but also the rear is very SouthernGT, so prob a bit of both...How tall is your car? I read that the GTDs are almost 42 inches (so not a GT40), and much heavier than the other replicas.

Can't measure my car yet as it is still just a chassis
but when finished it should be 40" and weigh about 1000kg iirc?. Do have a look at the SouthernGT too as imo it's the best space frame GT40 available.
