That's a very good point about range of adjustment.
My R1 Fury uses a yellowbox, but it's a wide-range variant. IRCC the adjustment mine required is around -28%, which is more than many offer. The reason is mostly the large step in FD ratio from c.2.5:1 on the bike to 3.38 in my car, rather than the difference in bike vs car tyre diameter (much smaller than you might guess)
Once set-up it's absolutely spot-on, and stays that way.
