Hi All,
I'm trying to find somewhere in the UK that sells inline adapters for speedo cables which give a geared output to adjust for my different wheel diameter. Easy enough to find in the US but nothing here. I'm after a 10% increase..
Can anyone help?
Cheers,
Rich

May be easier to get the speed re-calibrated (change the gearing in side I think). If it is an ETB mechanical one then this is definitely possible. Only place I can suggest is speedy cables otherwise. http://www.speedycables.com/ . It may also be easier to replace it with an electronic one as well.

It's a VDO mechanical one. It could be recalibrated be re-magnetising but then the trip would be wrong which is why I specifically want to do it this way..

probably easier (but not cheaper) to purchase a 'programmable' speedo (£180ish) Then it can be easily reprogrammed each time you put different wheels/tyres on. Just need a measured mile somewhere - not too difficult to find.
