tri-magnum - Import?
Discussion
My brother in law in the USA is restoring a Tri-Magnum (http://www.rqriley.com/tri-mag.html) and said he was going to sell it when he was done.
In an idle moment I said that he should let me know when he is interested as I might buy it off him and ship it over.
SO the question is:-
I know I will need to do all the import paper work. but will I need to MSVA it too? I think it would fail on handbrake and not being able to operate the lights etc with both hands on the wheel (that should be easy as you could put a late beetle column on with lights indicators)
has anyone actually got one in the UK?

msva manual both horn and lights...
safe positioning with regard to operation - switches for headlamp
dip/main and direction indicators must be fitted in such a way that they
can be operated with the hands remaining on the steering control
This is how it works...
