Looking at the article in WK? about the new Dax demo car. I noticed the front indicators not in the usual place:

Sorry about the quality of the pic, it's a photo from the pic in the mag.

Anyway, the mould is there for the indicator, yet it is fitted on a stalk. Is the traditional location non SVA compatable?

The Indicator height for SVA is the reason.
There must be 350mm from the ground to the bottom of the illuminated portion of the indicator to pass the SVA.
Most manufacturers get around this by adjusting the coil over shocks to lift the car at the front so that the original indicator is high enough. Dax chose this method so as to be seen presenting a car that is road legal when in use.....Not that anyone is interested.
I have a set of indicator lenses (original position) that have the bottom painted black so that the light that is emitted is coming from above 350mm
