Pinto engined westfield - need suspension advice

My westfield is in need of new suspension.

Some reason i cant add a post to the wscc site, and it wont let me search either!?
So i would appreciate the help.

I have a pinto engined westfield circa 150bhp, live axle SE narrow body.
The car currently has spax fitted but they are knackered.

I was wondering for fast road and a bit of track use what the best setup would be, spring rates wise.
So far after my research i was thinking 300lbs springs on the front and 175lbs rear.

Any makes considerably better than others? All seem to be similar price, avo, protech, gaz...

Speak to Simon at meteor motorsport he's a suspension/Caterham expert and supplies most everything that's "good" at keen prices but the most valuable thing is his knowledge which you get for free!!!! the right suspension with the right settings can transform a car.
