GM ECU Advice please

It looks likely that i'll need to purchase a General Motors E67 ECU very soon, flashed with a crate LS2 Map.

Can anyone offer any advice on where i might get one at a sensible cost?
I did try a seller on eBay called 'vectorbundle' but they would not supply it without a VIN Number.
I don't have a VIN Number as this is a Kit-Car application
