IVA head restraint requirement

Hi,

In between pretending to work I am trying to work out what size / height my headrests need to be to pass IVA, without much luck.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

In section 15 of the manual they refer to min 700mm off a block on the seat at a specific angle
