Lemans D-Type replica

I know that these aren't in the same league as the Proteus and RAM replicas, but they look quite convincing, and with the Triumph straight 6 engine they go OK in a classic sort of way.

I'm trying to locate one. There's a dealer in Cumbria with one for sale, but you don't see that many about.

Does anyone here have or know of anyone who has owned one in the past (to get an idea of what they're really like on the road)?
