Where to get Renault 30 hubs?

I may need replacement hubs for my rear engined, Renault 30 transaxled Prova Countach. The reason being the current hubs have been turned down and re-drilled for Lancia Delta discs - I want to convert to Granada discs, and figure they wouldn't stand more machining. Anyone have a source of R30 hubs? Renault no longer have them. Also, are R25 hubs the same?
