Undoing seized stuff

I'm trying to get the CV joint covers off my (Sierra) driveshafts and the outer ones are well and truely seized, inner ones were ok though.

I've tried lots and lots of penetrating oil and heating up with a blowtorch, which helped a bit and I got 2 bolts out that way. On the third bolt I snapped the torx bit clean off in the head, so I'll have to drill that out now but anyone got any great tips for getting these undone? Guy at work said I could borrow his impact driver, will probably give that a go too.

angle grind the heads off the bolts and then remove the driveshaft.Then using a blowtorch,heat up stud and remove with some grips.Then buy some new bolts to refit.
