Hi, anybody know if there any other heads that will fit to the pinto block ie zetec?

Cossy head will fit

Dunno about Zetec though.

Cosworth would be the easy and obvious answer, but the question is, why bother?

The best thing you can do with a Pinto block is use it for anchoring boats!

Fair enough, use it if it came free with an old Sierra donor, but to expend the time, money and effort of finding and fitting another type of cylinder head just isn't worth it.

Some Volvo heads fit with a bit of modding Seen it done in Scandinavia a few times.. other than this and the YB (plus the Holbay type heads) I dont think there are any.

thanks all the main reason to find this out is trying to keep the ignition basic ie dizzy ant not the worry of ECU
