Kit Car Companies Changing Hands

With JBA up for sale again and Robin Hood recently sold, does anyone have any experience of any kitcar companies companies that have changed hands? Are things better, worse or perhaps, just different???

Not quite the same, but Fisher and Raw seem to be doing good things with the Fury and Striker since they bought them from Sylva.

I get the impression that the new owners always want to improve on the product, yet by enlarge little changes.

The handling rarely changes, as most only decide to put a bigger engine in or possibly change the donor parts.

I think more improvements are made by current owners developing their cars.
