I'm confused. Does this have anything to do with GTM cars (of Libra fame) or is this there a lengthy legal battle on the horizon?
Nothing whatsoever to do with GTM of Libra (and Ferg) fame, but the product of a US company called Factory Five, best known for its Cobra replicas.
Have to say, that is one good looking car, and seemingly from any angle, and so much better than their previous attempt.
jpf - Would love to have a go testing this but sadly the budget doesn't run to trans-Atlantic jaunts.
Maybe I should have a word with Dave Keene at GTM to see if he'd be interested in building it under licence in the UK...

I don't believe GTM Cars has a trademark on the term 'GTM'. There were a couple Ferrari GTMs; at least the 456 GTM and the 308 GT/M. I believe there were some other GT/M cars too; at least a Mazda 6 GT-M that I am aware of, I would guess that there are others.
Around the world variatins on the 'GT' model name are common and shared; GTO GTU GTS GTR GTA GTZ GTI GTM....
I think GTM Cars bases their name on 'Grand Touring Mini' reflecting their small size, while I believe that FactoryFive uses the acronymn GTM to refer to 'Grand Touring Mulsanne'.
Also don't overlook the fact that GTM is a model name for a FactoryFive car, not the name of a manufacturer like it is with GTM cars.
