SVA

can someone tell if all cars sould have a SVA!!!! as iv been looking at cars which don't have it, now sould i buy a car with or with out???? im new to all this so im trying to find out as much as i can. thanks every one

Basically, older kit cars do not require a SVA certificate so long as they've been correctly registered. i.e. registered as the type of kit rather than a Ford Sierra or whatever the donor vehicle was.

Also, no SVA required on kit cars that use new body on unmodified donor vehicle chassis.
