repacking bike style cans

Hi,

This is a picture of the two cans on the back of my current car. They're around 12 inches long, very loud, and look as though they might be bike cans. Does the bolt and the design at the rear mean they can be repacked by pulling the disc out and stuffing more wadding in (I have loads left over from my old repackable Westfield silencer)

Probably not intended to be like that - just the way they're made. Nothing to stop you drilling out the rivets and doing so though.
