Windscreen / sidescreen manufacture?
Discussion
A competely flat screen like a JBA should be possible from even your high street glass shop but possibly without the markings. Curved screens have to be made on dedicated tooling to mould the cherry red heated glass sheet around.
Many kits use a screen from a production car even if that has to be cut down in some way.

It's a curved screen I'm after - quite heavily curved. I have been emailed some details of a company that can do it and I have to say it wasn't quite as expensive as I thought it was likely to be! only downside is it's in Australia but hey, if no-one in the UK wants the business....!!!
One thing you mentioned which I hadn't considered - cutting down a screen! I do know of one car that has an almost perfect screen, and even better a member of the family has one I could take accurate dims from but it doesn't taper enough to the roof line - Never considered that it might be possible to chop it down, will have to investigate as that would obviously be a much cheaper option.
