Hope you like my car design

I haven't posted up any photos of my La Bala project for quite a while, but trust me, progress has been made. I am just days away from laying up the molds. Here are some photos taken this morning after the 5th coat of wax.
As you can see it's pretty close to being ready to build the gates and lay up the molds! A very exciting time indeed!

Currently have a 1.6L 4AGE underneath that plug. Although it's a sweet engine and works well with the fact that the entire car weighs under 650Kg, but probably a little underpowered at 135Hp.
The next chassis is already being built for a Honda B16A2 J-Spec (170hp). And all the components have been sourced for that build. I have another local builder starting into construction phase with twin Hayabusas (already purchased) and 2 more local cars are in the parts sourcing phase. Those 2 will be using brand new 2.0L Ecotec-Supercharged (Cobalt) engines.
Luckily I have a readily available supply of 20 Brand New GM Ecotec engines, 12 brand new Ford Zetec engines and 6 B16A2 engines to be used for the next batch of cars.

I live just north of Phoenix in Cave Creek, AZ. It's only a few minutes from Scottsdale.
I think rust bullet is a great product. The longer it's on the chassis, the harder it gets. It doesn't have any UV protection so if you are going to have it exposed to sunlight over a period of years, then you should treat it like a primer and cover it with paint. A chassis is typically covered up by other things, so I didn't paint over it. It is hard as nails.

The car is looking very good, will be following it's progress with interest.
I hope you dont take this the wrong way, but your website.... it's got an absolute ton of really interesting info on it, but I was telling a mate about it earlier and he made a comment that I thought myself- it's very difficult to read being white text on black background - it's almost like one of those pictures, you look away and all you can see is reverse images of the text
Just a thought! keep up the good work though!!

Just a thought! keep up the good work though!!With regards to my site. That fact has been pointed out to me once or twice before. I have a completely new site under development that will address a lot of the organizational issues as well as readability.
Thanks for taking the time to note that. It's good to hear all items, not just the good.

As suggested, I updated the look of my website. Some of you may find it to be more readable.
