Lighting regulations - front headlights positions

Has anyone got a decent copy of the diagram showing headlight and taillight positions? the one I have is really, really crappy and I cant read any of the dimensions.

Also, looking at this I THINK it's saying that the main beam on quad headlamps must be inboard of the dipped beam unit, but I'm not certain - it's wording is a bit vague ( says "Main beam dimension not less than dipped" but it's in such a position it could apply to 2 different dimension lines!!! could anyone clarify this?
