Dax Rush - Hayabusa wiring help.... anyone???

I've just had the old problem of the started idler gear casing crack
on me, so i've had to get the engine out to get it sorted out.

we have had the engine casings sorted and i have put on the new
billet replacement parts to prevent this from happening again, but
for some reason the engine seems to be overfuelling and it sounds
like it could be running on 3 cylinders. (lumpy and black smoke)

Does anyone know what this might be? i am lead to believe that it
could be the wiring as i've heard that they throw a lot of fuel into
the engine when they are cold and this could cause the lumpy running
and black smoke when it is going?

anyone that has any advice on which way round the wiring goes it
would be appreciated, unfortunately we didn't mark up which wires
when where as it was a rush to get it out and repaired because I was
booked in for a trackday, but that never happened... sods law.

If anyone has any information as to which colour plug and wire goes
to where it would be much appreciated.
