I don't think there's anythign especially wrong with any of your choices, your best bet is probably to try and find the best example you can from those 3 and not worry about the model too much.

A clean Westfield, but if it was me i'd save up an extra 2k and buy a crossflow Caterham, look after it and it will not depreciate a penny and you will have no problem selling it on when you want something madder! Whatever you go for, get a marque expert to look over it to make sure it's been built properly, because at you budget there are a few S***ters about. I know, it cost 3k to put my new car right........

Crikey!!! You're the guy with the yellow GTM Libra, right?? Surely S***ter is a bit of a harsh word isn't it?? Looks like a decent car in the photos. Where do you spend £3K??

Your shortlist is good.

For performance/handling, the Sylva will win hands-down.

Depends how much aesthetics and image matter to you, though - the other two look more 'traditional', and Westfield is more 'mainstream', so it's a name that a reasonable number of non-kitcar petrolheads have heard of.

Make sure you can fit in a Super Six - I'm quite slim and I only just fit in mine. Legroom isn't the best either, especially with after-marker seats.
