Bodywork graphics and transfers?

Where can I get some logos and transfers done for my Fisher Fury? I want it to look something like this:

Single blue stripe down the middle and twin stripes down the side with a 'Fury R1' along the lines of the graphics on a Ford GT. I've not even got a clue as to what these would be made of and they would be stuck to the car. Car they be painted on?
