Threewheeler Designs and Oddballs
Discussion
I was creating my preferred Threewheelers link on my computer, and decided to share what I found on the net in 2006.
Enjoy.

I must say there's been an awful lot of time and effort gone into those designs and builds, It's a shame really that many wont sell much because of the conservative nature of the car buying public although as a platform for future development they're the way to go.
I have to say that the Morgan replica's leave me wishimg i could have one they're superb, as for the more futuristic ones I dont think I'll bother, Obviously the designers/builders have great faith in what they're doing but they leave me cold, maybe i'm too long in the tooth to accept them
things like the Landshark
200mph on land !!
and will some one tell the 'ale' builder that his unique 3 wheel configuratin has actually been done before, sorry but at least he got it right, not bond bug style which was very futuristic itself for the 70s.
still some very interesting cars there and carry on being inventive i say

This is a piece of art and a design sculpture by Richard Oakes, i think it's one of his greatest designs ever, and saw it at Stoneleigh in 2005 and met the Richard.
Great guy!

Do you like Art? or sculpture?, it is close to a moving sculpture, it has a retro futuristic feel, kind of a retro Science fiction movie car.
I think that sometimes you connect to certain design objects and sometimes you don't, the Zero does it for me, but i know a few guys who don't like it at all.....

Loads of interesting stuff
Good post. I've copied the links and I'll browse when I get home next week. Our link here at work on the ship is a slower than slow satellite jobbie.
A lot of interesting and crazy designs......creativity without limits!
Enjoy it
Ciao

Bonning Roadster
The three-wheeled stable car is the result of more than 5000 hours of work by its Noosa-based creator, Brad Bonning.
Powered by a 1000cc motorcycle engine, it featured hand-fettled aluminium panels is a prototype for a vehicle that Mr Bonning hopes will one day provide a lightweight, cheap and efficient vehicle for weekday commuting and weekend play.
It's registered as a car and handles like one, too. "I'd like to see (the Bonning) with a hybrid motor or a low carbon-emission engine," Mr Bonning said.
