2006 Focus 2.0 duratec gearbox and other parts

Hi, I recently bought a complete 2.0 duratec engine and transmission unit from a brand new 2006 Focus. The donor vehicle was to be used to build a rally car. As the engine is to be used for a rear wheel drive conversion, the gearbox, clutch, exhaust manifold, cat, mounts, sump, sensors, possibly loom inlet manifold and injectors etc are not needed. I have details of the gear ratios and final drive. Would these parts be likely to suit any front or mid engined kit car installations please? Thanks for any info.
