Is it just me......

.....or do certain makes of kit car become fashionable to sell at certain times?
By which I mean, they seem to appear in batches. A while ago I was thinking about a GTM K3, but couldn't find one for love nor money, there's about 3 being advertised on the usual channels simultaneously now. Ditto, there's been a recent rash of cheap (£4k ish) Libras. More recently I liked the idea of something a bit more old school (have sold my car now btw, so no longer just window shopping) and a Phaeton seemed like a possibility. A few weeks ago, you couldn't move for them on eBay, now there isn't a single one.
Sure I'm wrong, but it seems that way!!

I have just seen the one on e-bay, buy it now £4,900! Wow,..... 1.4 but cheap. My friend bought a CVH powered Westfield for £2,500 in March. Changed the oil, drove from Stoke to France and did 2 trackdays out there. Good car, right place, right time.

Is mine too dear at 9K??? (what I would realistically take for it). Hope not, but it is a buyers market absolutely. Westfield and Caterham have it right, they have the power to buy back there cars and keep residuals good, and justify their cost new. As for the rest of us.............;-(
