OK, looking for a quick straw pole for where to sell a Westfield. I am sadly getting rid of mine (not an expensive one) and wondered where (apart from here) would you suggest putting it up for sale? I do not want to use the scatter gun approach, since it would be a chunk of the actual price, so another 1 or possibly 2 sites would be welcome.

(Mods: I have deliberately not mentioned too much on my car, since anyone interested can go look, so can we please leave this request open?)

Def get more proper interest from an ad on here.
Sold my Fury off here, and bro has just sold his Westy to the first viewer from an ad on here too.

Thanks, it is on here, but I wondered if there was anywhere else. Maybe I will sit tight here for a while and guage the interest.

www.Locostbuilders.co.uk has a good For Sale section, which is free once you've joined the forum.

http://www.findit.co.uk/ also has quite a few kit cars, again no charge.

The obvious place though would be the Westfield site (www.WSCC.co.uk) but you need to be a club member to use the For Sale section, which is about £30 IIRC.

Can you hang on to it until next spring to get more money?

Wish I could. It was meant to go on sale in May, but due to someone reversing into it, and the parts taking too long it is only just gone up.
