centre fix steering rack

Looking for any vehicles that have a centrally mounted rack (i.e. column comes out the centre of the rack, not offset)

They're surprisingly cheap to buy new, dimensions to your own specifications, from companies like Jack Knight.

LOL - he answered on Locost (hedging my bets...) but came up with an alternative.

Hopefully free this weekend so that would be grand - just got hope the wife's car gets through it's MOT before the end of the week - I'll email you once I know

I have an alloy central spline titon rack (as the Ultima one is), it was made to my own spec and cost under £400 all in from memory.

not a very good pic but you can just make it out.

the titan rack is center use and is chaeper direct from titan

Following from other posts, most specialist car manaufacturers I know seem to get their custom racks from Titan, so they would appear to be the bods to speak to.
