westfield running Duratec i4

I am considering installing a Duratec engine in a Westfield widebody. Read many articles claiming that the standard engine (wet sump)with throttle bodies & mapped ecu will achieve a reliable 200bhp. Anyone out there have any experience & from a cost prospective is £4k an acceptable budget for - engine, industion, exhaust & gearbox. From what revs does the engine pull.
