Sierra column top bush

Does anyone know if the top bush on a sierra steering column is replaceable?

Mine is 'sloppy' and I would like to tighten it up a bit.

I'm not sure - I had a Fiesta rack that was a bit sloppy (and failed an MOT), but I couldn't find the right bits to sort it out in time for the retest. As a temporary measure, I cut a small bit of plastic from a spray can lid, and wedged it in there.

It ended up not quite as temporary as I had originally planned though...
