Hi to all.
We have had a cobra replica at the workshop and I am intrigued as to which kit it is. It has a square section ladder chassis with Jaguar bits underneath. It is fitted with a 351ci Ford Cleveland V8 and did have a Toyota gearbox (since replaced) The speedo and rev counter dials sit either side of the steering wheel with 3 secondary dials for water temp oil temp and oil pressure centrally mounted. The body is fibre glass. The log book describes the car as a 1972 Jaguar XJ6.
From the above info any idea who originally manufactured the kit?
Thanks for any ideas
Rich

Where abouts in the SE are you?

I work on plenty of different makes of Cobra replicas.

If you are local to Meopham I could nip round and identify it for you.

You can e-mail me if you want to keep your location quiet.

Hi Yob Tar,
The car is going back to it's owner on Monday. It was delivered by a third party and so I never knew what it was. No need to trouble yourself, I was intrigued that's all.
Thanks for the offer though.
Rich
