Anyone going to this ?

On 17th may (saturday) There is an event at avon park dragstrip For kit cars. Its been on the cards for a while but just now materialised. Basicaly take your car and run the 1/4 mile strip with other like minded kit car owner and hopefully have a good day out too. Advertised on eurodragster and complete kit car too. Anyone seen it or planning to go ?

Tryed to get a link but cant do it for some reason. If you co on http://www.eurodragster.com/ The go onto the latest in the middle of screen and scroll down till you come to the 12th march (scr kitted out for showdown) and that should be the best i can direct you to the link.

There's some info here on the CKC website: http://www.completekitcar.co.uk/event-ckcshowdow.h... That gives you prices, times and what you need to bring etc.

Should be a good, alternative, day out and we're hoping to get a few clubs along so we can give out trophies to the fastest examples of any particular makes of kit car.
