Closest Chevron themselves sell at the moment is their B1 Mk2: http://web.chevron.biteus.net/default.aspx?appid=2... But I think that's turnkey, front engine and open front wheels.
I can't think of any kits that are like the B8 off the top of my head, and I can't remember seeing anything on Sunday either.

Why not look for a G12?wink

Do you mean the Chevron cars from Bolton ? i don't think these were produced as kits though i could be wrong, these were made from mid 60s to early 70s, these tend to fetch big money at auction.
search google for chevron cars bolton

I'm trying to find 'ginetta G12/Chevron B7/8/9' kind of mid-engined 2 seats and a roof type of car.

Bit off topic - quite a few Chevrons racing in the masters series. Went to see them at Donnington 19/20th April, fantastic selection of 60's 70's race cars (some original cobras and gt40's etc) being driven like they were meant to be driven and total access all areas of the paddock and pits. Lots of money about but everyone really friendly and absolutely passionate about cars.

I might have the answer. A friend of mine started building one of these about 15 years ago;

Anyway, it was space frame and made up to take the RV8 engine, mid mounted, with Renault 25 box, and vdub rear suspension. Front was custom designed from memory. I wont go into the reason it never got built,(its eye watering) but as far as I know its still under a cover near Newbury. He had chopped the space frame around a bit, but its probibly salvagable if you can weld. Drop me a line if it looks like your thing.

Ive spoken to him, he still has the car and would sell. He was not happy with the suspension geometry, being part beetle based, so the idea was to use a GT40 setup to get it right, but it never got implemented. Not a Job for the feint hearted.
