Rivet and cleco advice

Hi,

If I am using 3.2mm rivets for aluminium to steel chassis paneling, what size drill should I use, which is better aluminium or stainless rivets, and what size cleco's should I use.

3.2mm drill bit (or 1/8" which may be cheaper/more available). 3.5mm is probably easier to get hold of than 3.2mm though.

Stainless will react with Ali, so you may want to use Ali rivets.

Not sure about the clecos, because I've not used them before (I bonded my panels to the chassis, and then riveted it while the bonding was going off).
