Where's a good place to get a Vauxhall C20LET engine and F28

I'm looking for a 2.0 litre Vauxhall engine (C20LET) with a turbo and the 6 speed F28 gearbox.

I had a look on Autotrader and was amazed at how few Calibra Turbo's where for sale on their and not a single Cav Turbo.

Are these engines pretty hard to get hold of?

The turbocharged Cavaliers and Calibras didn't sell in huge numbers, so the LET was always a much rarer beast than the normally aspirated XE. I'd suggest signing up to the Vauxhall forums (MigWeb/CavWeb) and checking the classifieds or posting a 'wanted' there.

300bhp/ton takea look at the newer astras. the SRI's and GSi's run the C20LET i do believe. the older engines lex or something was in the Cav/Calibras (or have i got that totaly mixed up?).

might be worth looking for the neweer engine. you can still get 300bhp out of them with stock internals and i think they bolt up.

what car are you planning on putting it in??

Speak to SBD or QED, they may have exchange engines available or know where to get one.

they use the Z20LET

as suggested migweb/vauxsport is where i would start looking
