Heater component help

I'm part way through the build of my Saker SVS and I am thinking ahead to the heater install. I'm wanting to avoid cables and wondered if anyone on here has any suggestions of an electronic setup either through aftermarket bits or donor cars?
To clarify: the fan settings 1.2.3 etc would be on a dial similar to TVR and likewise for the heat control. I'm basically wanting to avoid the routing of cables. I'll obviously need an electonic solonoid for the water control.
So any ideas?
