rolling road session required for my bike engined car

Can anyone help? I want to find garage in Scotland that can put my Spire Gtr with a zx12r engine through its paces on a rolling road. It has a power commander and want someone experienced to get the most out of the engine, I believe it has more to come from the power commander.
