Garage / Workshop in Chester / Runcorn

Evening All,
Having just moved to Chester following a new job, I'm looking for a garage / workshop in which to complete my 80% finished Fury build. Doesn't need to be anything special; anything from a single garage upwards. Power + light not important, just needs to be dry and secure, and in Chester or Runcorn.
Anyone got something suitable and want some rental income, or know of anything?

I don't know but There's a good MOT garage in Tunnel Top near the whitehouse industrial estate on the way out of runcorn that is very fair. Run by a guy called GED. Tell him Jacko said hi !!
