GTM around Yeovil & Taunton

I keep seeing one, perhaps two, GTM Libras (both red) between Yeovil and Taunton.

Is it anyone on here? Anyone know the chap?

One owner lives between Taunton and Yeovil and the other lives near Wincanton I think.
