GTM front suspension

Hi all, both the front shocks on my GTM libra have packed up after only 3 years (they were the GAZ ones as fitted by GTM). Anyone know of any better quality ones I could replace them with?

Gaz will rebuild them at a reasonable price - google for dampertech.

Otherwise, there's a reasonable number of owners on Protechs now.

Are you sure it's the dampers and not the bushes? Poly bushes will spread under constant load, and about 3 years is fair.

Yeah, I have spoken to gaz and they will refurb them for about £20 per damper plus VAT. Think it is just the seals that have gone cos I had fluid from the damper all over the wheel arch! I shall investigate the protech ones too though; much obliged! :-)
