Looking for cheapest (but still decent) Motorcycle powered

I'm basically new to Kit Cars I've looked at them for years now and think im finally able to have time space and money to build one. I would like the car to be able to be street driven, prefer motorcycle engine powered, want 2 seats, and I would like the build cost to be as cheap as possible so something that uses alot of donor parts would probably work best. I've some knowledge and tools but something simple that can be upgraded later would do best I think. I have 10K USD to start my project and I want best bang for buck in something fairly simple. Thanks for your help, and words of wisdom in advance.
