On driving back from Bridgend today, we drove past a blue kit car parked at the side of the road. Now I'm usually pretty good with car models but this had me utterly stumped. From the rear it looked quite Noble-y or RS200-like (i.e. Sierra rear lights, couple of grilles):

There was even an oval indent on the boot that looked like a place for a Ford badge. However from the front it looked very similar to Factory Five's GTM supercar (especially the lights, which were exactly the same):

It had a separate rear wing, again like the GTM in this pic:

Whatever it was it looked like a proper weapon but it was totally unknown to me. I just wish I'd had my camera at the ready!

I think it may have been the French Hillclimb car that uses Honda power? I will try to find a pic. It does look like an F40 a bit, and uses Peugeot 405 rear lights. It IS a proper weapon. I believe a UK kit car company was marketing it??? Might be called a Queron or something??

In fact I found out what it was, it was a Venturi, so I guess it isn't a kit car after all?
