Hi,
I'm hoping to replace the bulkhead feed and earth terminals on my car. I want to take the main battery feed and connect at least four cables to it, the same with the earth. I'm looking for a very secure method as I currently have the original brass bolts through the bulkhead with four brass posts for spade connectors, which I don't really like.
Any help would be appreciated, cheers.

I used a terminal box to give me some more +ve feeds.

Is that the sort of thing?

Can I connect one feed from the battery into it and then take four feeds off that one source? I thought those boxes were generally for multiple feeds, i.e. four in and four out, but all separate.

I think I know what you mean now - a jointing box! I've been on the web looking for the right terminology for the thing I need. Cheers!

If you want bling then the ICE guys use terminal boxes with clear covers etc.
If you want functional then a terminal block for domestic electric meters can be had cheap from Screwfix.

I have dozens of fuses mostly fed from 12v permanent or ignition switched. I ended up fanning the supplies out using a daisy chain of chop blocks which was a pain. Anybody found a fuse box with a bus-bar type supply built in?

Have a look at the black junction box on 240 / 740 Volvo's.
Has approx 8 connectors including two of the large lucar spades.
I grab then whenever I see them in scrap yard smile
Also diesel VW's have a neat post type fuse / junction box on bulkhead for the glow plugs.
