My microcar project is using quad (Suzuki LTZ400) hubs / discs. Originaly I wanted to use the 8" trailer wheels I've already got and redrill them to the Suzuki PCD unfortunatley they are too small so will foul the calipers.
I've now sourced a set of 10" Vespa wheels but need to make some adapters as they are basically just rims with a flange smile

What I'm after can be cut out of, say, 3mm flat steel but will need lightening holes and shaping to fit around the rim where the bolts that hold the two sides together are.
Nothing complicated and I could do it at home but it would take ages when a specialist laser cutting company could do a better job in a few minutes.

Anyone know of a company who offer such services for small on-off jobs ?

Thanks.

Thanks I'll give them a try.

In the past I'd save a few pounds and spend weeks doing a job myself but deteriating health means I'm having to rethink how I do things and little jobs like getting someone to cut out parts with laser or waterjet is one of the ways I can maximise the time I'm well enough to do things (liver problems along with other conditions means I end up in bed most day restings . BTW I'm Tee Total and have been for 20+ years frown )

Do you have any drawings?
They will probably want you to provide .dxf files of the 2D profile.
If you need any help with that part, I may be able to help thumbup
